Privacy policy
What this site does with personal data. Today the answer is short.
What is collected
When you submit a transport brief, a contact request or a partnership application, the details you provide are stored in the website's system so Cadenza can handle the request. Depending on the form, these include your name or company, phone number or email, transport requirements and service offering, together with the language and registration reference. Downloading or copying a brief alone does not submit it. Only the language preference is saved in browser local storage.
Server logs
The provider that hosts the site may keep technical access logs, such as IP address, time and page requested, for security and operation. The provider, its location and its retention period are published here on launch.
Recorded requests
After a request is recorded, the site displays a confirmation and reference. Transport availability, bookings and partnership decisions require a separate review. Email notifications are not yet active.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask for access to your data, for its correction or erasure, object to or restrict its processing, receive it in a portable form, and complain to a supervisory authority. The address for exercising these rights is published together with the controller's identity.
Controller
Cadenza is the commercial name used by this site. The data controller's registered identity and privacy contact have not yet been published. These details are pending completion and review.
Retention
The retention and deletion periods for recorded requests have not yet been published.
